Don't need any of the coordinator, but do need someone to turn your blank slate into your wedding vision? This is for you. We will help setup while you get pampered, and then we come back in close to the end of your wedding and begin to pack it back up!

On the big day, I arrive early to oversee setup, direct the ceremony and reception flow, keep the wedding party on track, and handle any issues quietly behind the scenes. I’m the point person for vendors and guests, so you can stay present and stress-free. From fluffing your dress to cueing your walk down the aisle, I make sure everything runs smoothly — just the way you dreamed.

When do you get involved?

We typically start working with you about 4–6 weeks before the big day. That gives us time to review your plans, confirm details with vendors, and create a personalized timeline.

Will you help decorate or tear down?

Absolutely — We’ll style your décor exactly how you envisioned and make sure everything is packed up safely afterward.

Do you have insurance?

Sure do! We carry full liability insurance and can provide proof if your venue requires it!

We are getting married outside of Pittsburgh, do you travel?

Where we going? I love taking trips! On the photo side of things, I have traveled abroad and throughout the country, I will go to the ends of the earth to give you the day you deserve.
